Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You must reach out to a member of the Route 27 Hemp Yard team to explain the reason for your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Discounts
Coupon codes and discounts are only valid for use by individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the promotional material. Coupons are valid until the specified expiry date. Expired coupon codes will not be honored. Each coupon code can only be redeemed once per customer unless otherwise stated. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated. The coupon code or discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of currency. Customers must enter the coupon code during checkout to receive the discount. Failure to enter the code at the time of purchase will result in the discount to not be applied. If a customer returns a product purchased using the coupon code, the refund will be for the amount paid after the discount was applied. Route 27 Hemp Yard reserves the right to modify or terminate the coupon code promotion at any time without prior notice. Any fraudulent use of the coupon code will result in the voiding of the discount. By using the coupon code, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
